Description:
- Key project systems manager for functional sustainability project through Smartsheet's system
- Monitor, report & follow-up on key PS KPIs through SharePoint Tracking System
- Product Supply Liaison for all tracking system updates and challenges
- Prepare the internal reports required by Client to illustrate the work performed with the external community
- Trainer for internal communications around Tracking System Communications
- Manage the Product Supply Portal (intranet) in partnership with Communications Team
- Manage updates, edits and housing for all Community Engagement documentation (community engagement plans, brochures, etc.)
- Develop, write and implement stories for Client internal communication vehicles
- Support creation of promotions and recognitions through communication outlets (videos, stories, social media, etc.)
- Communicating meaningful, timely, and relevant enterprise and PS functional information and news through consistent, targeted use of channels
- Leverage key innovative, strategic, stories and initiatives within Community Outreach to build engagement with Supply Chain employees
- Management of the St. Louis Community chapter content team, process and monthly delivery of materials
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Sustainability, analytics, marketing or communications
