Primary Location Base of Operation: Camp Creek Marketplace East Point, Georgia
Schedule
Mornings & afternoon shifts
Monday- Friday 7:00am -3:00am. + Saturday 7:00am-12:00pm
Monday- Friday 11:00am - 5:00pm + Saturday 7:00am -12:00pm
Occasional extend shifts are to be expected to cover unschedule customer request.
Adding additional sites for full time work in coming months
Compensation
Pay rate is $18.00 per hour

Scope of Job
- Main duties are Common Area Upkeep
- Patrol, clean up and disposal of litter and from facility operations including grounds, parking lots, service and receiving areas of commercial properties.
- Employees with Drivers Licenses: Travel from one location to another during the scheduled shift using company truck
Requirements to be considered
- ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE DISCIPLINE TO WORK INDEPENDENT OF CONSTANT MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT
- Physically walk the property on a frequent basis to clean parking and sidewalks, dumpster areas, common areas, grounds adjacent to the road and walkways remain neat and free of litter and debris
- Adaptability: Changes in the work environment are to be expected. Able to deal with changes, delays, or unexpected events is required.
- Own and keep in service a smartphone to use Time and Attendance app.
Communicate by means TEXT or email before /during/ after work shift
- Use of general grounds keeping equipment including, but not limited to leaf blowers, brooms, ladders, scrub brushes and various types of rags, different types of cleaning solvents and including use of required safety equipment
