Commercial Project Manager Job at Long Fence Company Inc
Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 75 years, is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join our Commercial Fence Division in the following branch office:
- Phoenixville, PA
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads from Commercial clients, RFP's from General Contractors, and Bid
- Invitations from Municipalities.
- Provide clearly written, well qualified, proposals to all clients and contractors.
- Negotiate directly with decision maker and close deals.
- Responsible for all contract language review and confirmation of scope of work once a
- proposal has been accepted.
- Additional responsibilities include coordinating project installation with superintendents and crew foreman, provide detailed work orders for the installation department, prepare any and all submittal information, and appropriate, on time, billing of all work including change orders.
Requirements:
- Ability to read blueprints or strong math aptitude
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Reliable Transportation a must.
- Strong Drive/Determination To Earn An Above Average Income
- Computer Skills
- Experience in the Construction Industry
- Experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with Commercial estimating
