Commercial Cleaner (Evening Shift) Job at AVE by Korman Communities

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Cleaning commercial office space, including mopping, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, trash removal, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, etc.
- Cleaning bathroom and office areas and restocking these areas as needed (refilling dispensers, etc.)
- Requesting cleaning supply orders as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of housekeeping or janitorial experience
- Prior experience cleaning doctor's offices or hotel suites is highly desired
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate an energetic, self-motivating and "can do" attitude
- Light to medium pushing and lifting is required
- Must have the ability to communicate in English with our team members and residents
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Must have own transportation
Must be available to work the required 4:00pm-12:30am schedule. This is a union position with the 32BJ union.
