Collections Manager Job at Southeast X-Ray, Inc.
Southeast X-Ray is searching for a qualified, energetic, and highly skilled Collections Manager. The manager will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a collections team in the Centralized Collections Department located in Ozark.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience required in a Leadership or Management role.
- Finance degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Must pass a drug screen, criminal and credit background check.
- 3+ years previous commercial collections experience.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- High level of integrity.
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel including Pivot tables required.
Job Duties:
- Research unpaid claims, denials, unapplied cash receipts, unidentifiable cash receipts, overpayments and various other payment discrepancies across multiple vendors.
- Train and develop staff members of the Centralized Collections team.
- Monitor departmental metrics to ensure performance standards are met.
- Recommend and implement process improvements when needed.
- Working with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate escalation resolutions with the Client's customers and team members.
- Resolve employee issues where necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
