- Proficiency with Current Versions of MASTERCAM Software, MAZAK VARIAXIS and INTEGREX Machining Centers
- Proficiency with GDT Interpretation and Various Measurement Techniques
- Desire to Satisfy and Exceed Customer Requirements
- Pride in Workmanship
- A Start-To-Finish Attitude for Different Projects Each Week
- Ability to Take Ownership in a Project from Quote and Process Input to Programming, Fixture, Setup, Run and Inspection
- History of Long Term Employment and Dedication
- Ability to Work Safe and Promote a Safe Work Culture
- Desire to Work with and Transfer Skills to Others
