CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Job at Sterling Estates Senior Living
Positions available in: Memory Care AND Assisted Living. You are welcome to apply in person at Sterling Estates of West Cobb, 3165 Dallas Highway, Marietta, GA 30064. You may ask for an application at the front desk and fill out on site or take and return at your convenience.
Current shifts available: 7p-7a and 7p-7A. Every other weekend off.
We are looking for individuals who possess the caring heart to work with our seniors. These position will assist our residents with personal care, nurturing them with encouragement, and promoting their independence. Will also work in dining and laundry. We have full-time and part-time positions available for all shifts. Our CNAs in Assisted Living and Memory Care offers 12 hour shifts that are 3 days on, 4 days off with a rotating every other weekend OFF schedule. Could be 7a-7p or 7p-7a.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to demonstrate patience and maturity in difficult situations, be confident of skills and have a willingness to learn new procedures. Successful candidates must possess the ability to take on multiple responsibilities within the community and be able to work together as a team to share their genuine compassion and care with those for whom we are privileged to work.

Current CNA licensure preferred and CMA a plus not required for initial hiring. Sterling Estates provides free CMA courses for current GA certified CNAs.
