Compensation: Entry Level: $20.50+

Shift Differential for evening & overnight shifts

The CNA follows all relevant policies and procedures and works within the Nursing Assistant-Certified scope of practice. Activities of the CNA are supervised by the nurse on duty during the shift, and the CNA reports important resident information to the nurse during the shift and at change-of-shift report.

Duties may include resident care, neighborhood housekeeping, residents' personal laundry, activities, and food preparation and service. The CNA: acts as an advocate for residents in maintaining choice, independence, privacy, dignity, and security; assists residents in the recovery and rehabilitative care process ; assists residents in performing activities of daily living; and helps residents do as much for themselves as they can or wish to do.

Required qualifications:

• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire (we can assist you with obtaining this)
• Upon hire: OBRA Registry for Skilled Nursing

Preferred qualification:

• 1 year of customer service or healthcare administrative experience
