Job Responsibilities:

The Clinical Scheduler coordinates the scheduling of clinical services. This includes scheduling per diem nurses in line with patient needs, coordinating with the Admissions Nurse Manager and Social Work Manager to assign nurses and social workers for admission visits, ensuring social workers and nurses have been given available information regarding patients prior to performing referral visits, and ensuring that on-call staff has the available, necessary information regarding any after-hours referral/admission activity.


Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, well-organized, thorough, and detail-oriented individual
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a team
