NewAgeSys, Inc. is a growing staffing Company having Preferred Vendor relationship with clients like Merck, Pfizer, Sanofi, Johnson& Johnson, Novartis, Boeing etc. We have been providing our Services for 25 years and have won many awards on the way.
We are now adding another Clinical/Scientific Recruiter to our team. The opportunity is to recruit excellent Pharmaceutical /Biotech professionals (not patients) to work with our clients on contract or contract-to-hire basis. Work involves searching internal database and external job boards, screening resumes, phone calls, email, rate negotiations, follow-up, liaison etc. The environment is fast paced and competitive; the work is more like Inside Sales and NOT like HR/Admin.
Relevant experience is a plus but not essential. WE CAN TRAIN SOMEONE WHO IS DRIVEN AND AMBITIOUS!
It is a regular full-time position with a base salary ranging from $30k to $60k, full benefits and very attractive commission. The commission rates vary. The lower the base salary, higher the commission rate.
The work will be from our Princeton office, Monday thru Friday, and does not involve travel. Work hours are flexible too.
After mastering the Talent Acquisition job, it is possible to become Resource Manager (inside) or Account Manager (inside) or Business
Development Executive (Outside Sales, selling our services to Fortune 500 Corporations) or Marketing Executive.
