Conemaugh Nason Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to support recruiting efforts at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, Conemaugh Miner’s Medical Center as well as the entire Conemaugh footprint. Under direction of the Human Resources Director at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, the Clinical Recruiter is responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting; recruiting, screening and recommending placement by using varied sourcing methods (internal and external).

Essential Functions:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing needs to support LifePoint’s overall strategic growth goals Develops working relationships and operational knowledge of departments and positions assigned to. Including but not limited to routine meetings with hiring managers, corporate Talent Acquisition, facility senior leadership (CNO, COO’s, etc.) in order to develop and modify recruiting strategies as appropriate. Anticipating future hiring needs and or departmental staffing changes based on organizational needs.

Manages the entire recruiting lifecycle in compliance with LifePoint standards to include but not limited to: position acquisition, sourcing and advertising position, Applicant Tracking System activity, resume screening, interviewing, feedback management, hiring recommendations, offer presentation and negotiation, and internal transfer process.

Follows up with hiring managers after interviews timely (within 12 hours) to determine next steps. Follows up with candidate to answer any questions they may have and coordinates with hiring manager.

Partners with marketing team and corporate HR talent acquisition to develop, deploy, and monitor recruiting campaigns using a variety of media as appropriate. Accesses recruiting campaigns and provides metrics to determine areas of success and possible improvement.

Communicates with candidates in a variety of methods, including in-person, phone, text, email, live chat, internet based (Microsoft Teams), etc.

Delivers routine and by-request hiring and applicant flow reports to hiring managers and other facility leaders.

Contributes to the development of facility recruitment plans as SME.


Travel

Limited travel (20%) to include in-person recruiting events at schools, conferences, and other venues. Also, travel on a routine basis to facilities for in-person meetings with hiring managers and facility senior management.

Attends all mandatory trainings and completes all required Life Talent education assignments within a timely manner. Keeps updated regarding Medical Center changes through meeting attendance and review of posted information; attends briefs, debriefs, and huddles.

Abides by and references the Employee Handbook and other pertinent facility policies, including clinical, non-clinical, safety, and infection control.


Job Requirements:

Education

Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Preferred Certification(s): CHCR, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP


Minimum Work Experience

Requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources recruiting, preferably in a hospital or health care environment.

Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish goals.
