The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nursing Director will manage a Level III NICU, supporting the largest delivery center in Maryland and designated as a level III Perinatal Referral Center. This role will report to the Vice President of Woman and Children. The Neonatal Clinical Nurse Leader will work with work with a dedicated team of neonatologists, registered nurses, neonatal nurse practitioners, physical therapists, respiratory therapist, social workers, case managers and lactation consultants. One of the responsibilities of this role is to assure the unit operates in a manner that meets organizational goals and objectives and meets standards set by regulatory and accrediting agencies.

This 300+ bed hospital seeks a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nursing Director with minimum five years related clinical experience as well as a minimum three years management experience in a comparable area of an acute care setting. Nurse Leaders with their MSN or Master's Degree in Healthcare or related field will earn quick interviews.
