Luxury Detox/Residential facility in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking a full-time, experienced Clinical Director to join our team. The Clinical Director is responsible for performing a variety of duties as directed by the CEO, as well as supervising the clinical team. The clinical Director must be a licensed mental health professional: LMFT,LCSW, LPCC.

Responsibilities include:

  • The Clinical Director ensures that the program is consistently providing compassionate care to all clients.
  • The Clinical Director provides compassionate care to a full caseload, which includes individual, group and family therapy.
  • The Clinical Director works with the CEO/COO on a regular basis to ensure that programs are regularly evaluated to meet best practice standards.
  • The Clinical Director Orients and assists in training new staff.
  • The Clinical Director provides daily supervision of cases with staff in clinical meetings.
  • The Clinical Director does weekly chart auditing using KIPU EMR system.
  • The Clinical Director does weekly individual supervision with staff.
  • The Clinical Director Assists in coordinating and overseeing discharge planning.
  • The Clinical Director Collaborates with multi-disciplinary team to ensure cohesiveness and consistency in all aspects of client care.
  • The Clinical Director will establish and maintain strong relationships with local mental health professionals, human service agencies, and psychiatric facilities throughout the state.
  • This is a dual role. The clinical director will oversee one associate and carry a max case load of 6 patients.

This is an onsite position. Remote candidates will not be considered.

96 hours of Vacation time annually

24 hours sick time annually

Pay: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

Qualifications include:

  • Be a Qualified Professional in the Mental Health Field. i.e. Masters Level Addiction Professional
  • Have at least three years experience with substance abuse/dual diagnoses.
  • Have at least one year supervisory experience in substance abuse facility.
  • Possess passion and compassion for client care.
  • Proficiency in KIPU Super Admin.
  • Exemplary documentation skills.
  • Strong familiarity expertise in DHCS.
