Clinical Director Job at MASS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER INC
Mass Behavioral Health Center Inc. in Worcester, MA is looking for either an experienced LICSW or LMHC, to join our full time! This is a salaried position. This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners who are looking for a new opportunity and adventure to become a manager. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
LICSW, LCSW, and LMHC can apply. We also provide supervision for unlicensed clinicians and student interns and encourage that they apply.
Responsibilities:

*Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history *Develop and execute individual treatment plans *Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress *Communicate client updates to all relevant parties *Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs *Maintain accurate client documentation
