We are seeking a CLINICAL DIETITIAN in Laurium, Michigan to work at Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital. The Dietitian provides nutritional services to patients and/or families including assessment of nutritional status, nutritional care planning, counseling, and evaluation.

Oversight of the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the American Diabetes Association recognized Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support program and team.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of nutrition standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in an AND accredited program in dietetics, Registered Dietitian or registry eligible status, with successful completion of the registration exam within one year of employment.
• Certification or certification eligible in the state of Michigan.
• Maintains CPR certification.
• Member of Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics recommended.

Hours: This position is Full Time; 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period. Day shift. Full time benefits package available.
