Clinical Data Specialist - West Des Moines Job at Iowa Home Care Llc
Iowa Home Care is currently accepting resumes for a Clinical Data Specialist a previous CNA or CMA would be preferred, to join our team in our West Des Moines office. Mon- Fri 8:00am-5:00pm.
This position is responsible for data entry of physician's orders, patient records, and assisting the Performance Improvement team and Administrator.
Qualified candidates will have great communication skills, computer skills, be highly organized, and have the drive to succeed. Previous experience in the health care industry with medical terminology is preferred.
Responsible for maintaining all client information within the agency database; Responsible for OASIS exporting on a weekly basis and ensuring data is submitted within the regulatory guidelines; Prepares level 1 reviews for all SOC's, Recerts, Discharges, etc.
