Client Services Representative (Remote) Job at Ledyard National Bank
We are seeking a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our members with a variety of services via telephone and other electronic means. This can include complex account issues and resolution, consumer loan requests, and enhancing member relationships to meet our members’ financial needs. Location: Fully remote with one on-site day per month. Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office products. Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail. Ability to multi-task and meet set deadlines through prioritizing work duties. Willingness to continue education to keep up to date on various changes in the industry and to develop other skill sets. Location: Fully remote with one on-site day per month.
