Want to be the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding and implementation phase? As the Compliance Client Onboarding Manager II (COM) you'll work closely with clients to understand their business and compliance objectives to ensure Lytx Compliance Services are correctly configured. You'll focus on the technical implementation, which requires working with several cross-functional teams, including Sales, Client Success, Operations, and Technical Support. You'll also perform project management duties and be responsible for the overall success and health of our client's onboarding phase. You'll Get To:
  • Lead multiple client implementation projects to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Create high-level project plans that meet client needs and internal achievements. Gather client-specific requirements for each contracted service.
  • Track project, metrics, and status reporting for customer implementation projects.
  • Be accountable for the health of onboarding. Identify significant risks and define and drive resolution plans.
  • Act as the partner concern point for the client during onboarding/implementation phase, which may require working with cross-functional teams to resolve technical or operations issues.
  • Effectively communicate Lytx Compliance Services' value proposition to customers. Identify how best to configure our services to meet the client’s compliance and business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements to streamline our onboarding process and provide a higher value to our customers.
  • Inspire the team with the drive and motivation needed to meet commitments proactively.
  • Be the SME on implementation and industry-related topics and present topics internally.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, sales process, and market dynamics.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience desired.
  • 3+ years experience in an Implementation Manager, Project Management, or Customer Success role within a fast-paced service industry or SaaS environment.
  • Proven history managing projects for clients, customers, and external partners.
  • Diligent with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain and keep track of multiple information sources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with managed services, trucking, and fleet industry is highly preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
