Responsibilities:
- Perform routine, detailed sales updates
- Build relationships with B2B clients and cross collaborate with other departments.
- Handle inbound and outbound client and customer requests and inquiries across (location).
- Review and analyze sales data.
- Resolve consumer and client issues.
- Establish rapport and trust with the client in a relationship where a counselling approach is required.
- Develop customer relationships and provide contacts to the Business Development Team.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of company products and activities.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, communication, or related (College or University) preferred.
- Intermediate level proficiency using PC ( G suite, Excel, and Word)
- Positive, energetic person with expertise working in the Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Able to handle difficult situations in a manner that upholds good business relations
- Comfortable working in a team environment and independently under steady deadline pressure.
- Possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills to make sure all projects are completed timely.
