Position Summary:

Responsible for the daily/weekly payroll processing and maintaining various reports.

Major Responsibilities:

• Process weekly Payroll
• Provide weekly payroll Reports
• Enter Payroll data entries
• Keep track of UAW Point System
• Provide UAW Disciplinary Form
• Provide UAW Exception report
• Calculate UAW shift differentials
• Calculate UAW attendance bonus
• Request temp associates as needed
• ISO – Keep track of procedure updates
• Be involved with Internal and External ISO certification
• Keep track of open Kaizen
• Keep track of open Gemba
• Add any PCAR for any complaints on KPI report
• Keep track of KPI
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• 2 years of general office experience required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• AS400 experience preferred
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
