Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum): $22.275 - $26.455 - $31.747

The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay rate and pay grade for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and employer business practices.

What You Will Do
Under general supervision, perform clerical tasks of average complexity according to standard procedures.

Required Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
1 Year experience in a clerical capacity.

Essential Functions

Communication
Initiates and monitors monthly processes for SRN employees, including annual requirements and evaluation letters to employees.
Responsible for tracking of employee annual competencies for skill. Maintains timely communication with Supervisors for all noncompliant employees.
Confidentiality
Maintains confidentiality in regard to records, files, conversations or other sources of confidential information.
Correspondence
Types forms, labels and envelops.
Assists secretarial and/or management staff with clerical and typing assignments.
Provides back up support for coverage in reception areas.
General support
Other projects as assigned by Manager.
Payroll processing
Assist with timecard processing and department data entry.
Performs general clerical duties
Filing, duplication, and collation of written materials, assembly of booklets/reports, new hire packets, and stuffing and sealing of envelopes.
Records management
Creates and updates employee positions in One Staff, including terminations and transfers.
Maintains licensure, certifications, TB and Safety information in One Staff.
Follows up with Supervisors, in a timely manner, regarding all noncompliant employees.
Responsible for new hire paperwork
Responsible for New Hire Paperwork Process Sessions as assigned, including completion of paperwork for all Supervisors, with delivery to HR.
Ensures all new hires are entered into One Staff.
Ensures all terminations are completed in One Staff and in Word, with a printed copy placed in the employee file.
Projects Sharp HealthCare mission and demonstrate excellent customer service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to file materials in an accurate and timely manner.
Ability to operate photocopy machine and typewriter.
Ability to communicate clearly, politely, accurately and tactfully both verbally and in writing.
Requires a typing speed of 40 WPM and grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
Possesses simple mathematical skills.
