Job Description:

Our Cleaning Technicians travel between our residential and commercial rentals and clean them before new tenants move in and the common areas in our multi-unit buildings. Our key focus is the cleanliness and safety of our buildings for our tenants. This position will require a key for detail when cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping all surfaces, and cleaning appliances.

Job Role:

• Will have the week planned out so you can head straight to the appropriate rental location.
• Clean each location by company procedures
• Document and communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager if there is anything broken or needs to be repaired
• Come by office as needed to get supplies for the week

Job Responsibilities:

This position requires flexibility and key to detail. Some of your key responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Having to sweep, mop, and vacuum each unit
• Wipe down all surfaces, including but not limited to the door frames, window frames, baseboards, cabinets, and etc.
• Appliances to be cleaned inside and outside
• Glass windows and doors to be wiped down
• Taking trash out from common areas as needed

Requirements:

• The ability to lift 50 lbs; stand, bend, kneel, push, pull and perform cleaning duties
• Have a valid driver's license
• Your own transportation to and from our office. Car insurance is required and will be verified.
• Need to pass a background drug screening and criminal background check
• Be able to work alone or in a team environment
• Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment
