This position is specific to our behavior health program working with mothers and children.
Our Fresh Start Recovery Center program focuses on helping mothers recover from opioid and substance use disorders and have healthy children. The Child Engagement Specialist will be responsible for monitoring the development, skills, and safety of children and mothers in the program in accordance with DMHA, Department of Child Services, and VOA policies and procedures. This is a behavioral health position focused on recovery and helping families.

Applicants must have a high school diploma; Bachelor’s in the Social Services field is preferred. Education or experience working in human services preferred. Good record-keeping, math, computer, and leadership skills are essential.
Shift Differential available for all hours worked after 5 pm.
