- Drive the cadence and content for business, operational, and strategic reviews.
- Monitor and facilitate the progress of executive goals and targets.
- Work with other business teams and influence strategic direction.
- Identify and prioritize the working list of cross-functional collaboration opportunities with other Chiefs of Staff or GMs.
- Drive special projects or strategic projects.
- Performs additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
- Work with leaders and stakeholders to drive project execution and deliver on agreed upon project requirements.
- Identify efficiency opportunities and drive associated initiatives to improve performance and success of the organization.
- Engage with finance and operations to help make data-driven decisions.
- Assist leaders with annual planning process, headcount allocation, and portfolio management.
- Ensure the executive completes any action items required of them.
- Set and drive regular cadence of communications to various stakeholders, including internal team members and external audiences.
- Communicate key initiatives across staff leaders.
- Facilitate discussions in areas related to program directions, strategic discussions, and conflicts.
- Drive staff meeting agendas and manage follow-up actions.
- Manage agendas for staff meetings, strategic off-sites, and other important reviews.
- Prepare updates and business reviews with executive leaders.

- Master’s degree in an Engineering field or similar
