HIRING DEPARTMENTS: Nurse Administration

Determines the goals and objectives, identifies staffing needs, budget considerations and the range of inpatient/outpatient nursing, cardiopulmonary and laboratory services provided. Responsible for division compliance to local, state and federal standards, policies, guidelines and any grant funding requirements. Participates in TCRHCC strategic and operational governance processes as a member of the senior executive team; creates and fosters an environment of accountability and transparency; develops a strong interdisciplinary healthcare team and promotes high employee engagement.

• Works closely with the CEO to accomplish the goals and objectives
• Quality assessment and improvement analysis and evaluation of patient care delivery
• Determine staff resources and training needs
• Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of performance improvement and CQI
• Provides leadership in assessing, planning, directing and implementing programs
• high ethical standards
• reliable and dependable

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master of Science in Nursing or Higher
• Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
• Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association

Pay: $88,816.00 - $138,775.00 per year
