- Garage Operations- Staff multiple parking garages around the UVA Hospital providing exceptional customer service to every individual they encounter. Duties will include booth operations (cash/credit card handling), entry/exit machine troubleshooting, and directional control. Garage Operations run 24/7.
- Safe Ride Operations- Staff provide a safe passage for current UVA students/staff with valid student/staff IDs who would otherwise have to walk alone at night by provide free van shuttle rides. The service began as a cooperative venture of Student Council and the University of Virginia Police Department in the late 1980s. Operators will be dispatched to various location throughout the boundaries of the Program to provide free rides to students/staff who have requested a ride via phone or mobile app. Safe Ride is operational during the hours that UTS services are not running. Safe Ride Operations run during the overnight hours only.
