Certified Pharmacy Technician Job at Groesbeck RX
Groesbeck RX Is looking for motivated, experienced Pharmacy Technicians!

- Input prescriptions and verify appropriate information from phone, fax and E-scribe software
- Receive inbound and make outbound calls to patients, pharmacists, doctors and other health-care providers
- Successfully resolve issues in a timely manner, while providing exceptional customer service
- Work with management to continually improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Prime RX/Micro Merchant Software
- Call center management of intake orders and refill requests
- Utilize compounding software for order completion.
- Enter and maintain prescription data using our computer system.
- Filling completed compounds for order completion.
- Coordinate shipping and delivery of completed pharmacy orders.
- Assist the pharmacist with maintaining the ongoing medication inventory.
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: $18.00 to $23.00/hour
Experience:
- relevant: 1 year (Preferred)

- pharmacy technician: 1 year (Preferred)

- High school or equivalent (Required)
