Riverside Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare-certified agency that is seeking an experienced and caring full-time (or part-time) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Home Health and Hospice division in Josephine and Jackson County!

Job summary:

• Provide care to an average of 5 to 6 patients per day

Essential Duties

Under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist, you will:

· Perform personal care needs for patients in their homes

· Assist in dressing and undressing patients as assigned.

· Assist with toileting activities.

· Take and record vitals such as temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure.

· Report on patient's condition and significant changes to the Case Manager.

· Perform range of motion and other simple procedures as directed.

· Keep patient's living area clean and orderly, as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure

· One year of experience in home health preferred, but not required

· Be at least 18 years of age

· Experience working with the elderly, ill, injured, frail, or impaired.

· Current BLS certification from AHA

· Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
