Code Ninjas is the nation’s fastest-growing kids coding franchise. In our center, kids of all ages learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way – by playing and building video games they love. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt. JOB FUNCTION and QUALIFICATIONS:

The role requires an individual who is:

• Proactive, with great communication and organizational skills and the ability to work well with others
• Plan and execute effective onsite and offsite lead generating programs and special events
• Foster relationships with local organizations and institutions to drive brand awareness and enrollment
• Manage marketing and outreach to the community with email communication and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.
• Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
• Ability to successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to enrollment by managing incoming lead communication by scheduling and giving tours

*Deadline and detail-oriented *Meet and/or exceed monthly retention/enrollment goals

• Present a polished and compelling sales message to parents resulting in robust student enrollment

*Proven work history with children, and enthusiasm for working with kids *Prior experience in working with schools and educational institutions a plus *Familiarity with technology, programming languages a plus *Flexible schedule *Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards *15-20 hrs a week (Days variable)

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:

• Bonus incentives based on new enrollments, retention, and overall center performance

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
