Established, local-centric multi-location restaurant and farming group seeking a catering coordinator to work with owners and senior management to manage and expand catering operations in the Tri-Cities area.
The River Creek Catering Company is well established, but it is time to take it to the next level.
Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
Managing client contact and sales
Coordination of catering crews and production
On site management of events
Menu development and execution
Customer relations and billing
We have multiple kitchens, as well as our own event worthy spots that we would love to utilize more in the future, but we are looking for a real go-getter to take this bull by the horns.
This newly created position would work closely with owners, and could quickly become a very key position in the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
