The catering and events manager will be the owner of all catering related events and projects. They will serve as a department lead for sales, guest experience, coordination, and execution of all events at Boba Guys in multiple markets. As a beverage brand, the majority of requests are beverage only with a variety of onsite events, large pick-up orders, and marketing activation events. As a catering and events manager, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Boba Guys and our products.

• Develop strong relationships with guests and clients

• Execute event timelines and event specifications

• Communicate with cross functional partners and clients in a timely manner

• Supervise and delegate to onsite staff

• Coordinate onsite vendor activities

• Tour venues, compile and coordinate logistics, and verify event details

• Create and complete event budgets and invoices

• Deliver, setup, and breakdown beverages and equipment

• Coordinate production of all catering items and assist when needed

• Pack event equipment for upcoming services

• Load and unload company vehicles

• Able to lift and move 50 lbs on occasion and 35lbs regularly

• Valid driver’s license

• Proficient in Google Suite

• Available a variety of hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• 1-3 years of experience in catering

• Able to stand on feet for extended periods

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
