We are seeking a self-motivated individual to be our Service Cashier/Customer Service Representative, as part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relations in the service department
- Greet and assist guests
- Answer inbound calls
- Close work orders
- Accept payments, credit card & cash handling
- Perform data entry
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer skills
- Office experience helpful
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- Phone etiquette
