What You Will Do - CASHIER

  • Greet all guests in a timely manner (3-5 seconds at most).
  • Ensure each guest has a positive, long-lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.
  • Handle all orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure we provide a quality product to all guests with quick and friendly service.
  • Ensure safe handling procedures are followed at all times.
  • Listen well to team members and provide feedback.
  • Follow the cash management process and properly ring in all sales through the POS system.
  • Verify if the proper age requirements are met of all guests’ requests that involve alcoholic beverages.
  • Immediately notify the Manager of all safety, sanitation, or team member issues.

What You Will Do – COOK

  • Ensure each guest has a positive, long-lasting impression of the Wingstop experience.
  • Handle all orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure we provide a quality product to all guests with quick and friendly service.
  • Quickly scan and comprehend order tickets.
  • Accurately count number of bone-in wings, boneless wings and boneless strips needed for each order, portion them out to the correct sauce bowls and cook and prepare them in the proper fryers and baskets.
  • Accurately coordinate cooking time of bone-in wings, boneless wings and boneless strips and fries with the corresponding timer.
  • Filter and freshen fryer shortening daily, following all safety procedures and with proper safety equipment.
  • Sauce, season and package all orders according to Wingstop standards.
  • Organize and put away trucks orders and maintain a clean organized environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous restaurant experience is a plus
  • Maintain dependable schedule and predictable attendance
  • Have reliable transportation
  • REQUIRED - Weekend Shifts, open and closing shifts.
