Case Manager Job at Youth Advocates of Sitka
Under the general direction of the Clinical Director, this position will be responsible for maintaining the orderly delivery of treatment for YAS clients. Case Managers are directly responsible for a caseload, with clients ranging in age from 5 to 21. The Case Manager must have the capability to deal with frustration and conflict. Case Managers must exercise sound judgment and conduct their professional life as a socially appropriate model for YAS clients. Case Managers must demonstrate proficiency in the accurate and timely completion of treatment documents, and must perform these duties with limited supervision. There are multiple positions available in different departments, such as residential, foster care, and community youth.
Applicants must have at minimum, a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, therapy, or a closely related field. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as be able to lift up to 50lbs. A current Alaska driver's license, a current CPR certification, and a recent negative TB test are required.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
