Position: Case Manager | Footprint to Recovery, CO Inpatient | Full-Time Monday-Friday

The Case Manager pupports clinical, non-clinical, and medical staff in the provision of technical and auxiliary clinical services to ensure comprehensive and effective daily programming and functionality. Specific responsibilities including but not limited to conducting initial assessments, group counseling, case management services, and providing primary administrative support to Clinical Therapists and Clinical Director as needed.


Job Duties:

    • Collects and prepares data as requested by the clinical supervisor and/or the clinical
    • Other duties and responsibilities as outlined by Clinical Supervisor, Executive & Clinical
      • Provides support to clinical staff, and Clinical Director as directed by supervisor
      • Provides support to clinical technicians regarding UA’s/BA’s
      • Facilitates case management, life- skills groups to support sobriety
      • Completes documentation in a timely manner including, but not limited to the following:
        • Contact / Collateral Notes
        • Case Management Notes
        • Group Notes
      • Ensures and abides by all regulatory standards pertaining to federal, state and local
      • Ensure compliance with Federal Regulation 42
      • Facilitates referrals to physicians, dentists and other healthcare professionals as indicated by the assessed needs of each individual patient
      • Provides transportation in accordance to transportation policy and procedures
      • Conduct Vocational Assessments for clients and ensure follow through
      • Provides group counseling services in accordance to the established clinical program and completes all documentation accordingly.
      • Is trained in the collection and documentation of urinalysis procedures as directed by Supervisor
      • Attends monthly staff meetings as scheduled
      • Attends any scheduled or mandatory trainings
      • Attends and participates in continuing education to maintain current knowledge in the industry, ie CAS or CAT
      • Maintains and obtains all appropriate credentials regarding substance abuse
      • Engages and participates in weekly and group
      • Provide secondary support for reception needs; e. operating front desk as needed
      • Responsible for ensuring and maintaining the cleanliness of the building daily
      • Responsible for monitoring clients throughout hours of operation
      • Maintains cleanliness of company vehicles
      • Maintains travel logs and vehicle safety checklists in accordance with policy and procedures
      • Monitors and oversees the use of the computers and ensure appropriate use of computer passes
      • Establishes and maintains knowledge regarding documentation with the EMR system: KIPU.

Qualifications:

  • An Associate’s, Bachelor’s or medical/technical degree is preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge in the field of Substance Use Disorders is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • In addition, the Case Manager should be enrolled in certification coursework/or an accredited University in pursuit of their CAS certification.

  • Clinical knowledge pertaining to substance use disorders
