• Specialized Experience. you must have proven ability to handle crisis intervention, conflict, confrontation or other complex people situations with compassion and decisiveness. Experience working with traumatized/exploited minors and minors with behavioral problems
• Knowledge: 2 years or more of experience in case or unification work
• Bilingual. you are fluent in both the English and Spanish languages.
• Education. you have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or an equivalent degree in Psychology, Sociology, or other relevant Behavioral Science
