Personal Care Assistants MUST HAVE 1 year of PROFESSIONAL Caregiving or Personal Care Assistant experience.

Home Care Solutions is looking for patient, compassionate, and attentive caregivers to serve as companions to individuals at various stages of Dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

Qualified applicants must have at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.

This Caregiver will​: ​ ​

• A​ctively engage with their client(s) on a one-on-one basis

• ​A​ssist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• ​A​ccompany clients to appointments or events

• ​P​repare meals

• ​M​aintain a safe/sanitary living environment for the client

• ​J​oin clients in their favorite hobbies and activities

• ​E​ngage ​clients in friendly conversation

Caregivers must be reliable, timely, and have excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have a desire to be a partner to their client(s) as opposed to an observer.

​Clients are located in New Orleans, Metairie, Kenner, and on the West Bank.​ We are seeking caregivers that are looking to be scheduled consistently as well as on a PRN basis. Rotating Weekends REQUIRED.

Home Health Aid (HHA), and/or CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required.

Pay is competitive with shift differentials.​ Caregivers are paid for orientation and annual continuing education. Monthly incentives and bonus programs are also available for exceptional service, diligence, and dependability.​ All employees have access to the Employee Assistance Program.

Pay: $50.00 - $200.00 per day
