OceanView at Falmouth is a 21st Century Assisted Living Community that is locally owned and dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our wonderful residents. We are currently seeking a kind and compassionate Caregiver to join our wonderful team. If you are passionate about working with seniors and providing them the greatest quality of life possible, OceanView is the place for you!

We offer flexible schedules to ensure work life balance! We have 4 hour, 6 hour, and 8 hour shifts available. Tell us what you need and we will do everything we can to make it work!

Caregiver duties include and are not limited to:

· Adhering to all Company rules, policies and procedures and Company expectations, along with being observant of surroundings (both internally & externally) reporting potentially unsafe resident situations when beyond nursing scope, or acting as a leader to resolve the problem immediately.

Assisting with Activities of Daily Living

· This position provides the highest quality personal care and assistance while promoting overall resident well-being.
