The Beacon at Gulf Breeze is a luxurious Assistant Living and Memory Care community located in Gulf Breeze, Florida. The Beacon at Gulf Breeze offers the finest senior living experience that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle for our seniors.
We are seeking a Caregiver that embodies our core values of Character, Compassion, Commitment, Communication and Consistency by providing the highest standard of care and first-class customer service.
In the role of a Caregiver you will provide excellent direct care to our residents on a daily basis. The incumbent will ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in accordance with company procedures and standard. Perform various other resident-focused tasks as assigned.

Schedule: 12-hour shift, days will vary, weekend availability
Rate of pay: Starting rate is $15.00 per hour depending on experience. Competitive shift differential for overnight shifts

Requirements:
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
- Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
