SPREAD YOUR WINGS LLC.(SYW LLC.) began in 2015 in a one small office growing into now six office locations throughout Northern and Central California, serving over 30 counties. We provide Supported Living Services(SLS), Independent Living Services(ILS), Access Behavioral Services(ABS) and Adult Day programs(ADP) to developmentally disabled young adults.

Job Requirements:

• NO EXPERIENCE, NO PROBLEM! - We will train you!
• NO CERTIFICATE/LICENSE, NO PROBLEM! - It is not an employment disqualifier!

• Your passion to help anyone and everyone, especially the special needs population.
• Your flexibility and willingness to take on any and all schedules that may arise.
• Your ability to drive to and for clients’ errand/community needs.
• Your reliability and professionalism which can make a difference in the lives of these individuals and their families in need.
• Your capability to compose a simple summary of your day as a part of daily case notes.
