Pine Brook Pointe in Burlington WI is looking for Caregivers / CNAs / RAs
1st shift (630am-3pm) ; 2nd shift (230pm-11pm) ; 3rd shift (1030pm-7am)
Starting rate is $13-$15/hr based on experience. $1 shift differential for 2nd shift and $2 shift differential for third shift!
Pine Brook Pointe is an Assisted Living Facility for our senior population. We also have a Memory Care Unit (separated). The level of care provided for our residents varies. We have some residents that are completely independent and others that need almost full assistance. Overall, it is a joy to care for all of our residents.

We do provide training and support. After training, the other aides are great resources for help and there is always a Wellness Coordinator on call to assist you.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with day-to-day activities, including eating, dressing, maintaining personal hygiene, taking medication, and transportation.
- Clean and organize the client's quarters to ensure a healthy living environment.
- Keep track of patient medication, activities, and health status, reporting and documenting any changes as soon as they occur.
- Engage with the client through talk and activities to ensure they maintain positive mental health.
We Provide:
Education: We will send you to get your CBRF certifications (provided you stay with us for one year, you wont have to pay for these classes), we provide monthly in-services to help further education in this field. In services may include: dementia care, resident rights, ect..
Training: We provide on the job training, and ensure you have all the knowledge and resources before having you work on your own. Once you are working "on your own" you won't ever actually be alone. There are always 4+ caregivers in the building, and we all work as a team to make sure our residents are getting the best care possible.
