We are offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for FT and as follows:

Wage: $20 - $21.50 / hour DOE

Available shifts:

Memory Care:

• 6am-2pm: Rotating Schedule, 4 days on and 2 days off
• 2pm-10pm: Rotating Schedule, 4 days on and 2 days off
• 10pm-6am: Rotating Schedule, 4 days on and 2 days off

Assisted Living:

• 6am-2pm: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
• 2pm-10pm: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly. We will train the right candidates that have the heart to serve others
• Assist residents in their daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, etc.)
• Transport residents as necessary assisting them into and out of bed, wheelchairs.
• Provide assistance at mealtime.
• Listen to the amazing stories our residents have
• Work with a care team to provide the best care and environment possible.

• Must possess Arizona Caregiver Certification
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
