Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. This position can be FULL-time or PART-TIME depending on your availability. Home Instead clients are located throughout Lake and Porter County areas.

Requirements:

• Must have valid Driver's License
• Must have valid Auto Insurance and Reliable Transportation
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Caregiving experience NOT needed, but preferred

Job Description:
As a Home Instead Care Professional, your responsibilities may include...

• Companionship and Conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Errands and Transportation
• Alzheimer's and other Dementia Care
• Hospice Care
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Personal care, assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence issues
• Some clients may require experience with Memory Care/Dementia, Gait Belt, Stroke, etc..
