We Invite Call Center Customer Service Specialists in Austin, TX to Join our Team!
Now hiring Call Center & Customer Service Specialists to serve as Clinical Recruitment Specialists in our new state of the art Bioanalytical Lab Facility!
- Full-time schedule with benefits (Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm)
- Full training provided
- Same day offers
- Start as early as Aug. 29th!
Clinical Recruitment Specialists:
What you will do
- Answer phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Perform telephone screens and schedule potential participants for screening
- Become familiar with inclusion/exclusion criteria for each clinical study recruiting
What you will bring to the role
- Strong customer service skills
- Active listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic computer functions
Your experience
- Required: High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Preferred:
- At least 1 year of experience in the medical or call center experience
- Experience performing telephone interviews
- Knowledge of medical terminology
