Care Partner Job at Kendal at Oberlin
Essential job functions include the following:
- Providing physical, psychological and social support as a primary caregiver; and
- Function as a member of the interdisciplinary team working closely with residents, their families and staff.
Skill requirements include the following:
- Successful completion of an approved state-tested nursing assistant (STNA) program and received state certification;
- Capability to recognize and respect older adults’ abilities and promote their individuality while maintaining the standards of The Kendal Corporation's philosophy of person-centered care.
Hours: Three 12-hour shifts 7:00pm – 7:30am (includes 30-minute unpaid meal break and two paid 15-minute relief breaks)
Rotating holidays and every other weekend
Proof of COVID Vaccination required
