Job description

• TO INCREASE THE PROBABILITY MUTUAL INTEREST, PLEASE COMPLETE THE ONE-WAY INTERVIEW VIDEO REQUESTS; you will be asked to record a video response to four questions regarding your interest and skills.
• OPEN AVAILABILITY PREFERRED
• WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
• CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE FAVORED

Provides assistance to patients with the intention of discovering the best method of consumption and/or strains that will decrease the syptoms of the conditions that have been authorized to be treated with cannabis; engage in fact-finding conversation that leads to ethical recommendations and increased sales.

Requirements:

● Computer literacy

● Conversational skills

● Time-management

● Standing for 2+ hours at a time

● Effective problem-solving skills

● 21+ years of age

● Reliable transportation

● Cannabis or Retail experience preferred, but not required

● Patient/consumer discretion

(note: YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE IN MO)

Disqualifications:

● Felonies outside of personal-use cannabis possession (cannabis distribution may

disqualify)

● Less than five (5) years since release from probation or parole from a disqualifying

offense

● Non-violent felonies that resulted in incarceration within the last five (5) years

● Subsequent criminal offenses after initial offense that would disqualify within five (5)

years

Responsibilities:

● Greet patients upon building entry

● Ensure patient-entry compliance

● Process payments- cash and card

● Ethical product consulting based on patient needs

● Method-of-consumption advisement

● Weighing and packaging products

● Facility cleanliness

● Product knowledge

● Various cleaning, stocking, and compliance tasks

● Top-shelf customer service
