The Cannabis Associate will have the opportunity to work in the Processing department. In the Processing Department. All employees are offered great benefits and an incredible opportunity for growth in the States fastest growing industry. All Cannabis Associates MUST be at least 21 years old. Prior Cannabis, production, assembly, trimming and/or edible production experience is preferred.

This position is located in Franklin, MA.

Responsibilities may include:

• Accurately count, weigh, and label flower fresh packs in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Responsible for maintaining organization of all product in process, pre-package, and post-package
• Prep product prior to packaging, ensuring quality and food safety practices
• Pre weigh and handle cannabis product
• Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
• Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
• May operate filling and labeling machines
• Maintain acceptable attendance record and promptness to work and within assigned work station; reliable, strong work ethic
• Other duties may include labeling, assorting, boxing and inspecting equipment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for part of the shift
• Flexible availability to work day and night shifts
• Must be able to pick up at least 40 pounds safely
• Fast-learner and able to work under pressure
• Serve Safe certification (Preferred for Certain Roles)

Shift's:

• Monday-Friday

Flower Processing Tech:

• Shift 1: 6am-2:30pm
• Shift 2: 2pm-10:30pm

Edibles/Infusion Tech:

• 8am-4:30pm

Starting Pay:

• $16.50 per hour
