Head cook needed for a special needs residential summer camp from June 1 to September 8. Responsibilities include supervising a kitchen staff of two, preparation of three meals a day for at least 100 people, order food, plan meals, clean up, follow the Suffolk County Dept. of Health regulations. Special diet experience a plus (gluten free, diabetic, allergies, etc.) Must have food manager's certificate for Suffolk County.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Center Moriches, NY 11934: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Food Manager's Certificate from Suffolk County DOH (Preferred)
