We are looking for a Call Service Agent to join our new office in the Tampa Bay Area! If you are the right fit for us, you are people-oriented and enjoy being on the phone making a high volume of outbound calls. Your career as a Call Service Agent will engage new clients to provide them with personalized solutions for their healthcare needs.

A Call Service Agent will provide support to clients through the phone and go over the information that a client needs through business solutions as required for the role. You take care of the potential clients and adapt their needs through a continually growing relationship.
An ideal candidate must have full-time availability, must be personable, and have good communications skills. The candidate must also be a self-starter and able to work in performing work duties with little to no supervision. Sales Experience is preferred but not required.
