Call Center Supervisor

Supervising

  • Champion sales goals and inspire results
  • Active engagement in call center outcomes
    • Taking Calls / Making Outbound Calls
  • Be the decision maker for agent questions
  • Provide constructive criticism and positive reinforcement as needed
  • Attend/conduct weekly call reviews and audits
  • Plan rental emails
  • Audit shorter calls daily
  • Audit “other” inquiries daily
  • Ensure accurate call results – via call-expectations report
  • Review auto-completes
  • Review non-booking report
  • Run manager reports while Manager is out of office
  • Provide backup support for Call Center
  • Support Management teams as needed
  • Add comp stays as requested
  • Learn/know, Seabrook’s Travel Net Solutions, booking engine
  • Assist with daily Call Center reports

Train new/existing employees

  • Keep onboarding Standard Operating Procedures up to date
  • Create daily Sales and Customer Service Highlights
  • Balance folios
  • Manage auction/donated activities
  • Manage deposits due
  • Manage outstanding balances
  • Manage Daily Audit report with reservation team
